Hi everyone,
I have been revisiting older PlayStation 2 games recently, and it made me think about how important game preservation has become. Many older titles are harder to access now, especially when original hardware, discs, and setup resources are not easy to find.
For people who still enjoy classic PS2 games through emulation, what do you think is the most important part of keeping the experience accurate and useful for new users? Is it BIOS setup, emulator compatibility, region support, or proper game backups?
While reading about this topic, I also found this PS2 BIOS resource helpful for understanding setup basics and region-related information: https://allps2bios.com/
I would love to hear how others here approach retro gaming and preservation.
