I might be being 100% naive, but it is my belief, based on private correspondence, that *Fiona Moore* has nothing to do with the current spate of nastiness here, nor the post to the newsgroup in question.
And no, I'm not Fiona, nor am I Jenny, nor have I ever met either of them, nor am I their associate.
I suspect that the "handbag" business may be some sort of drag queen slang, picked up from her research on that topic.
And on handbags, as far as I'm aware, the terminology started in a certain ex-Prime Minister of this country ....
