Mistral, interesting defense of the other point of view, with one problem: we don't know for sure who did it.
Maybe we should ask, why Servalan never thought to manufacture an "incident" of this type to blame on Blake. (Not saying that's what's happened here, either.) Did Servie have a limit to what she would do, after all?
