Firstly - sorry Tavia, I should have said from what B7 fiction I've read, which I admit is limited.
Secondly, the reason I was wondering was also partly the idea about Blake's death. It was, what if he had died dramatically in Star One or even in Blake. It would definately have changed the serious, OK I think for the worse, pessimism and dystopia were definate pluses in Blakes 7. Much better stories then happy go lucky series. However then Blake would be dead, but I dont think people would mind as much as they do that Avon shot him.
I dont believe Neil's idea that Blake was a clone (OK I know it was facetious, I thought we had to be serious now???!!!)
I do believe Avon was 'stressed' in Season 4 and also at the end of season 3. Don't know if anyone else read this into it, but in Sarcophagus when Avon says you can take my life, I think he's VERY serious. I think after Anna's death he is vaguely suicidal/ depressed - this is my opinion only, if you dont agree - good, if we all agreed life would be dull.
