'Several things' happened two hundred years before B7 starts
The Federation started a new calendar, and banned religion. Cygnus Alpha was set up (and the first consignments of prisoners might
have been mixed sex - unlike the group on the London).
And Dorian found his room on Xenon.
Also settlement of Chenga.
