Somewhat embarrassingly, I only saw this picture for the first time very recently, on a website about image manipulation (apparently there is a slightly altered version that often gets reprinted). And two days later, I read Exe's story...
It's the right way round to do it.
Do you still have the website address? I didn't know about the different version; sounds interesting.
