Despite fanfic, I fear our crew had to get by on showers, poor things. There is a canonical reference to Avon thinking about something "while I was in the the bath" and Tarrant says that Vila can have a "hot tub whether he wants one or not" after cleaning out the glycolene tank. Anyway, considering the size of the Liberator, you can put anything you want on there, certainly bathtubs.

I wrote a story about (inter alia) Blake's, Avon's, and Jenna's first night on the Liberator. The first thing that Avon does is take a bath, the second thing is complain about the absence of a bottle of readily available Floris bath essence...
