I know I'm being a broken record (Man! Talk about a dated image!) but http://www.abebooks.com is one of the greatest places in the world to find books.

You can look up books by author and/or title, and even specify what countries to limit the search to. I found three copies of "Kill the Dead" in the UK, and one copy of "Sometimes, After Sunset." If you don't limit it by country, there are about 35 copies of "Sunset," most of them around $5.

That's why I was amazed not to find a copy of "Afterlife." <G>
