I'm certainly of that opinion. Although I think Avon had understandable reasons for behaving as he did at GP, the blame lies primarily with him. He shot an unarmed man, who was not in any way threatening him. Of course, Blake should have made himself better understood, but he couldn't know what state of mind Avon was in. But, then, I'm sure Avon had no idea he was going to do what he did until he'd done it, by which time it was too late.
