I'd say you're darn good at it. I'm only understanding about a third to a half of the German, but to translate, rhyme and scan all in one go is extrememly impressive.

come along to the filk workshop at Redemption and write some more! It'll be a small session - there aren't many filk writers around, but it means you can get very focussed. Or just come and sing in the evening filk sessions (or listen if you're really shy about singing).

Kathy Hunter is hopefully bringing some filk tapes along for the dealers room.
