Well, the funny-faced guy in black behind Capt Picard might be my shift manager... But no, they are all (bar two fannish individuals) at least moderately well known, and are all connected to, or reflections of, or the antithesis of B7, its characters, themes, era of production, or its fandom. Though the links are not necessarily obvious.
