Well, that *would* be a horrible truth, but luckily, it's impossible. By the time of Gambit, there's no reason to believe that Ma'am had even hear of Tarrant, and though she had met Avon, she didn't show any interest in him until after she was parted from the Beloved One.
The actual truth is that Servalan was only attracted to Avon and Tarrant because of their resemblance to Jarriere.
