In 'Mission to Destiny' Blake caused the destruction of the Destiny group's (adjective anyone?) spaceship, when it was neither in a war zone/state of conflict with the Liberator, nor a danger to general shipping.
No mention is made of him making restitution to the inhabitants of Destiny for this 'wanton act of destruction' despite their being fairly cash strapped at the time. No doubt he would have felt morally obliged to do so - so would he have paid the equivalent sum, or provided them with 'another spaceship of equal or better quality'? (The rest of the crew would - probably - concur with replacing what had been destroyed, even 'I am a man of my word' (g).)

for this 'wanton act of destruction' [blowing up the Ortega] despite their being fairly cash strapped at the time.
