元気なアジアの外資系企業が事業承継に関与できれば相互にメリットがあります。 弊社への入社を希望する応募者で中国籍の方が最近目立ちます。 中国、韓国などのアジア諸国ではリーマンショックから復調しているようで、中国からの観光客も増加する気配です。 一方、欧米諸国では、ギリシャ財政危機後、「Move your money」「STUPID」などと騒がしいですが、他人事ではなさそうです。 地方の資産家から保有する企業群の売却を受任しました。 （風評を考えると地方では委任先が無いそうです） 「Move your money」＋「Out of the country」の側面がある様子で、リタイアメント後は海外で暮らしたいそうです。 リタイアメント後は元気なアジア諸国が良いかもしれません。

The crisis is the “new normal” here in Japan. An increasingly few winners take a larger part of the markets, and basically strangle smaller local firms out of business or marginalize them to smaller and smaller niches. Domestic growth rates are closing in to zero, leaving little room for improvement in mature markets. Investments in technologies are more difficult when the market leader has a disproportionate share. Most of sectors were addicted to growth, companies could bear a lot in exchange for the hopes of better tomorrow. This is becoming increasingly difficult. However we have recently encountered more small firms looking either to internationalize from the very beginning, to develop global products and services for the developing markets, and trying their luck with new technologies. Through our advice practice we entice clients to learn and try new things. Doing the same things over and over just does not work any longer in a stable or declining economy. |
