Det kan ju tänkas att liggcyklar faktiskt vinglar mera med framhjulet för att det är så man måste hålla balansen på en tvåhjulig cykel när man har begränsade möjligheter att röra på överkroppen. Som helhet vinglar kanske i så fall en liggcykel inte mera än en upprätt, bara mera nere vid vägen där det syns.

Sverker nu blev jag besviken på dig! Hur kan du ha en bestämd uppfattning när du inte vet något? De liggcyklar jag provat (förutom Flevobike i början) vinglar mycket mindre än upwrongcyklar. Min erfarenhet är att de flesta liggister är vanare cyklister än de flesta upwrongcyklister och därmed kör bättre också (säkrare). Ett argument till är att de flesta liggister vågar tänka självständigt och har större fantasi, vilket är mycket viktigt för att kunna bli en säker förare av vilket fordon som helst. Många liggcyklar ligger/sitter man bekvämt i och det gör också att man inte lider några smärtor som gör att ens körning blir irriterad och hetsig. De intryck du fått "utifrån" hur har du fått dem? Har du studerat någon nybliven liggist eller vad? Jag har jobbat och gör det fortfarande ibland med invandrare som knappt ens sett en cykel och som den missionär jag är så tycker jag att alla boendes i Sverige måste ha minst en cykel var och försöker därför få alla att cykla. Den som vuxen försöker lära sig cykla på en vanlig som jag kallar upwrong här vinglar också mycket. Det kan vara svårt för en normalsvensk att förstå att det inte heller är så lätt att cykla på en sådan cykel när man själv är uppfödd på denna norm.
