unable to run new mattricks

It crashes when I try to load it. I've tried several installs on several different machines with no luck. The first error is "Couldn't add an image to the image list" Then it bombs NOTICE: This message is for the designated recipient only and may contain privileged or confidential information. If you have received it in error, please notify the sender immediately and delete the original. Any other use of this e-mail by you is prohibited.

Hi i got an error in the Mattricks-0.7_rc1, ive using win xp professional with sp1... I realy want to use this program, so i attach the error log , if you can fix it it could be grat :)

Problem with SuSe 9.1

Hi! I'm trying to run mattricks under a SuSe 9.1 and it returned the following errors: (mattricks.py:4655): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkaccellabel.c: line 213 (gtk_accel_label_new): assertion `string != NULL' failed (mattricks.py:4655): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkmisc.c: line 210 (gtk_misc_set_alignment): assertion `GTK_IS_MISC (misc)' failed (mattricks.py:4655): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkcontainer.c: line 947 (gtk_container_add): assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed (mattricks.py:4655): Gtk-CRITICAL **: file gtkaccellabel.c: line 399 (gtk_accel_label_set_accel_widget): assertion `GTK_IS_ACCEL_LABEL (accel_label)' failed Violación de segmento (in English is some like: index out of range) Could it be a problem with the wxPython or it is a mattricks error? Hi! I downloaded the latest version of mattricks from this page. I did the installation using the rpm. I'm using SUSE linux the version 9.1. When I run mattricks.py it starts up and retrieves a lot of xml data, but after a while it crashes saying: stephan@linux:~> mattricks.py Segmentation fault stephan@linux:~> After that it will always crash. I also got the version that is in the CVS. Did the setup, but this version also throws the segmentation fault. Hope someone can help. I have decided to freeze the translations as from now up to release. So now, there shouldn't be any changes to the Mattricks.pot file anymore. Please make sure that all translations are up to date before the final release. Be prepared that I plan to make a release candidate tomorrow. This is not the final release, so you shouldn't need to panic because of that. /Ragnar

HRF is dead, long live XML! Although if you are not able to run from the source you will have to wait until Sunday(?) to get the new release of Mattricks. However, there are quite some new things to enjoy. /Oscar

Feature Request : Manual Formation Addition

Hi all, I'd like to see a new feature in Mattricks, it should work as follows: In the lineup selection tab, in version 0.6 when clicking the button to create the lineup it considers all the players available. However, this is not what I always want. Sometimes I don't want a player to play even if it is very good. I'd like to have a way to select the players the lineup selection tool uses to calculate the best formation. Cheers, -- Paulo J.
