Why doesn't
OPENSSL_HASH(SHA384, sha384)
work? Would it help to replace
NAME##_CBLOCK
which I guess expands to an openssl constant, with
NAME##_BLOCK_SIZE
which should be defined by Nettle? In the definition of the OPENSSL_HASH macro, that is.
