This user (or robot?) subscribed to the list, and then sent this spam. Apparently, the old setting of rejecting non-member posts (which is still in-place) is no longer enough to eliminate spam.
To spare you in the future, I've enabled moderation for list members, and I intend to incrementally allowlist you non-spam users.
It's a plain mailman list, and I hope this will be workable. Please mail me if you have any problems, or suggestions.
