I thank you for your earlier mail. I was able to download pynfs andinstall it. Ive set up 2 machines on a network with NFSv4 and am able to mount and do normal operations. Howevere in running your tool like this
./test_tree_net.py 141.213.34.242
i get the following result
File "/usr/lib/python2.2/xdrlib.py", line 195, in unpack_fstring raise EOFError EOFError
The problem is that the version of pynfs you are using is not compatible with your NFSv4 server. As you probably know, the v4 protocol has changed several times. Which server are you using? I believe pynfs should be up2date with the latest spec, so probably your server is a bit old.
