Vila's outfit change after teleporting to Terminal

Just for a laugh, I've got an explanation for this 'blooper'. In 'Terminal', Vila wears a loose Russian-style (side-fastening) tunic over a black shirt. In 'Rescue', he's wearing an earlier season 3 outfit (worn in 'Ultraworld' and 'Moloch'). I've got a theory which is in character. The enzymes are already eating through the flight deck walls, and Zen has said the Liberator won't survive breaking orbit. Vila knows he will have to abandon ship. He's a very cautious lad and doesn't like the cold, once turning his thermal suit up so high he almost suffered nasty burns. He also remembers his mother's warnings about wearing clean underwear in case of accident or arrest, and having a good stock of it. So he dashes off to his cabin, strips to his underpants, puts several clean pairs on over them, then a spare outfit just in case Terminal is chilly (he chooses one which earlier fitted so nicely under a Fed trooper uniform), then the quite loose outfit he just took off. Of course, before leaving his cabin, he also makes sure he's got his emergency lockpicks, his credit card, and some spare socks. Once in the Terminal base, of course he overheats and takes off the top outfit, which gets left behind later in the bombed ruins. Does it fly? Nico *** This e-mail is privileged and confidential. Make up piccies

This message appeared on the Cult TV list - can anyone help? "I've just come back from Memorabilia at the NEC and think I've managed to stumble across something rather rare from Blake's Seven. I bought 3 polaroid photos, each signed by Jan Chappell, at 4 quid each. The first is a photo from Sarcophagus showing Jan in full make up, signed on the front by Jan Chappell. On the back somebody (Jan?) has written 'Original polaroid for make up purposes Circa 1979'. The second is another photo of Jan in full make up, also from Sarcophagus, also signed on the front. This one also has, in the same handwriting as the signature, 'Sarcophagus Blakes Seven BBC original'. The third is a location photo of Jan from Terminus, again, signed by her on the front. In pencil along the bottom, somebody has written 'Cost. Terminal Down The Hatch' and along the top it has 'Unique BBC costume polaroid 1979'. Would I be right in thinking that these are photos that would've been taken for make up and costume tests and continuity at the time of the productions? Does anybody know if there are many of them knocking about, or have I stumbled across a rarity? They're so busy thanking fate, they don't have time to wonder why there are clothes fit to size, or why Soolin doesn't wonder at all the new-comers.
