Yesterday evening I watched 'Mission To Destiny' with my partner (a Star Trek fan), who really enjoyed the episode. We both wondered why Sara was able to get the Neutrotope when Dr. Kendall said he was the only one with a key. He describes himself as a psychopath earlier (with a coldly amused smile) while listing the types of crimos no longer welcome on GP. Perhaps he was looking for Blake in order to eliminate him, as Blake would have good reason to suspect Avon of betrayal (very few real strikes against the Feds, wiping out Sula's coup just as it was succeeding).
