Presumably if Blake's siblings "write" to him, he'll send his own vistapes back, and the Feds can monitor them for any traces that Blake's conditioning is slipping. And they use Roman numerals in astronomy, so Del Ten would really be Del X? Is Gauda Prime's sun called Darlon, or was that just an example? So Jupiter would be Sol Prime, and Darlon has no gas giants. That brings up another question - do most solar systems have gas giants? Or could they just have one or two Earth-sized planets, or none at all (a 'blind' sun is mentioned in the series). Were planets formed differently from the accretion disks of different sorts of suns?
